I don't think you should be guilty or ashamed about receiving something from your parents if they had no reservations about it. They gave you a good life and they must have been happy to give you a share of their wealth. As long as you loved and respected them while they were alive and honor their memory now, I think it is alright. But I understand that different people may have different philosophies and your thought process can be different from mine. Thank-you for sharing your perspective.
